Online Booking Buttons & Branding, Made Easy With Jane

Hey there! 👋 I'm Claire from the Jane team, and today I get to share some helpful tips about clinic branding with you.

But first, allow me to quickly introduce you to Jane. Jane is an all-in-one practice management software that offers a client-friendly online booking platform, one-on-one Telehealth, family booking features, customizable invoicing and receipts, and more.

And guess what? Jane gives you control over your clinic branding so that it stays consistent across your website, online booking page, and email notifications sent from Jane.

We know that many of our mental health community members use Jane’s online booking page as their primary website, and we absolutely love that! We’ll chat more about how to customize your branding there in just a moment (or feel free to jump down to that section below). ⤵️

But for those using a personal clinic website, we have an easy way for you to include a “Book an Appointment” button there, which will help direct your clients to your Jane Online Booking site. ****Psst...No technical skills required! 🙅‍♀️


Adding a booking button to your personal clinic website

Let’s take a look at an online booking button in action! Jane’s co-founder, Ali, has added a ‘Book an Appointment Online’ button to her clinic’s website that seamlessly brings clients to their online booking page:


And it only takes a couple of steps:

  • A Full Access user can click on the Settings tab > Branding button > scroll down to the section called ‘Online Booking Buttons & URLs’.

  • Here, you’ll find two options: The first option allows you to add a ‘Book an Appointment’ button to your personal website. This allows your clients to conveniently access your Jane booking page via your website.

  • The second option allows you to add a hyperlink to your booking site. It’s slightly less fancy but still does the trick.

  • Just copy the text from the text box, and paste it to your website. That’s it!
