Yes! As part of your Website in a Week experience, I’ll create a cohesive mini brand for you, including a tailored color palette, font pairings, and a clean wordmark logo. No designer or brand strategist needed.

Most therapists find 8 pages more than enough for a strong, clear online presence. But if you need extras—like additional specialty pages or a blog—we can either add them for an additional fee or map out a Website Expansion Plan after your site goes live.

Absolutely. You’ll receive a custom walkthrough video that shows you exactly how to update text, swap images, add blog posts, and more. Plus, I’ll be available for 30 days of post-launch email support if anything comes up.

Yes, I exclusively use Squarespace because it’s flexible, clean, and incredibly easy for therapists to maintain on their own.

You’ll want to set aside about 2–3 weeks before your scheduled design week to complete your prep work. This includes writing your website content, gathering images, and creating an inspiration board.

During your design week, plan to be available for about 30 minutes a day to check progress updates and provide feedback on two designated days (Tuesday and Thursday). You can review in the evening or morning, whatever works best with your schedule.

After you book your design week, you’ll receive a full checklist to guide you through the prep process. Here's what I’ll need from you before we begin the design week:

• Your selected Squarespace template from the Therapist Site Toolbox

• Website copy for each page

• Brand elements like headshots, logos, and brand colors (if you have them)

• Inspiration for style and tone (like a Pinterest board)

If you want full support, you can add Done-For-You Website Copywriting to your package. This includes professionally written copy for all 8 of your website pages, tailored to your ideal clients and written in your unique voice. The investment for this upgrade is $2,950.

Only need support with a few pages? Custom copy packages are also available, starting at $375 per page.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your design week, and the remaining balance is due on the Monday of your design week.

There are just two things you’ll need to purchase separately to make your website live:

1. A domain name (your web address, like yourpractice.com)

2. A Squarespace subscription (your website hosting platform)

Domains typically cost around $20 per year, and Squarespace plans start at about $16 per month. If you don’t already have these set up, I’ll walk you through exactly what you need and help you choose the right plan during your prep period.

Absolutely! You’ll receive a discount for your previous template purchase. Just mention it when booking and I’ll apply your credit.

Yes. Your package includes a strategy call where you’ll be able to provide feedback on the design direction of your site prior to the Design Week. In addition to the call, you’ll also have two feedback rounds during design week and one hour of post-launch revisions for small changes like image swaps or formatting tweaks. If you need additional edits later, you can either DIY with the help of your walkthrough video or book hourly support.
